The Philadelphia Union completed a 3-2 comeback over LA Galaxy after going down 2-0 in the first half. It marked the second time this season that the Union have conceded the first goal and trailed at halftime at Subaru Park. Nathan Harriel scored his first goal of the season, becoming the 11th different player to score for the Union this year. Meanwhile, Tai Baribo scored a brace, bringing his season total to 10 goals—most among all MLS players. With the win, the Union sit in second place in the Eastern Conference with an 8-3-2 record.
